Hello and welcome! I’m Jan Yves Remy and I created this space to share my professional journey — and to connect with those who care about building a more sustainable, inclusive, and human-centered world.

Over the past 25 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of international trade, law, and policy, starting out in dispute settlement and litigation and evolving into work on sustainability, climate, and advocacy for marginalized communities and countries — especially Small Island Developing States. I see my role as an advocate and bridge-builder, helping amplify voices that are too often left out of global decision-making.

Along the way, I’ve learned the power of human connection and networks, which continues to inspire me in my writing, my work, and my collaborations.

This site is also where I offer my coaching services — something deeply personal to me. At a pivotal point in my own career, coaching helped me align my values with my purpose. As a Certified Co-Active Coach, I now help individuals and organizations do the same: unlock authenticity, empowerment, and impact.
